Just received my 1890 Kampfe Bros Safety razor (other wise known as a “lather catcher”)

The early versions of these safety razors (which were being sold more then 10 years before the Gillette version) accepted a wedge like blade that needed to be stropped and honed much like a more modern Rolls Razor.
